When you submit an application for being considered for admission for a particular in particular institute (with different course and institute options), we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, contact number and email address. We collect the information whether you have paid the processing fees or not. For those who do not pay, we close those applications and may at the most remind them to pay the fees for being considered. For other who have paid, we make a list of applicants with their choice of course and participating institutes as per your choice and forward them to the respective institutions for their consideration for admission. On confirmation; the user will have to directly coordinate with the respective Institution / RCI / University for completion of admission procedure directly.
How do you get my consent?
When you visit our website, provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment / credit card, submit an application, agree to the eligibility criteria & terms & conditions; we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
Please note, we have not verified your credentials /testimonials and shall simply forward your application to the participating institutions. You will have to be in touch with them for completing the necessary formalities as per their announcements from time to time. Your documents will be verified, personal details verified, your credentials and other information noted for processing your admission candidature; alongwith any other formality / procedure that may be required by the admission granting authority.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind and you may want to withdraw your application form; you may write to us on support@fitskol.com . Your application will be withdrawn. No refund will be applicable in such cases.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
We use Razor pay for processing payments. We/Razor pay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your payment transaction. After that is complete, your payment transaction information is not saved.
